Exactly on the same day, he counted in joy and said to me with a broad smile, "Guruji !! I achieved the target of Rs. 1 Lac income this month, would you send my resignation??". So, we typed the resignation and sent it to his employer for final settlement.

The story begins just 30 days before when he called me from some distant city (He was on the company's sales tour) and wanted to meet the next day for some important discussion. I didn't see him for the last six months because he was busy 25 days a month visiting sales territory. I used to get noisy sounds when I used to call him because he used to travel by bus to cover the region.

I replied to him, "If it is important let us meet tomorrow at 3 'o' clack aster cash hours". He was 10 minutes before and requested me to give him complete attention for at least 60-90 minutes. I told him to keep his mobile phone silent because usually, it was his mobile calls from the company that used to disturb us four times every minute. He did it immediately. 

He came straight to the point and worded, "Can you make me earn Rs. 1 lac per month in the advisory profession??" I was surprised by his question because whenever I asked him to focus on advisory business he used to boast about how he over-bills the company to earn extra bugs, sycophantic hospitality of retailers in hope of getting favorite stocks, free mugs of beer at the end of the day, etc, etc. 

I asked what happened and why he is looking for this. He sadly replied which I didn't expect, "My work-life balance is spoilt and I am regularly having complaints from my family members that I don't give proper attention to them and that's true. I am exhausted after 22-25 days tour in a month and whatever time I have at home, I want to sleep quietly but kids want to play with me, wife want some personal attention".

He continued, "I had a hot discussion with my senior and he angrily told me to do another job if I wanted a raise. That's exactly where I decided to show him that I can have my own raise and moreover, double what I am already getting from the company."

From that day onwards, he continuously grew his income, and today he fetches more than double of the salary he was drawing in the company, and that too without any sales tour, spending time with family every day, having quality home food and a good time for exercise.

His income is not part of some company's systems but he owns SUCCESS MINDSET, SUCCESS HABITs, and SUCCESS SYSTEMs. He gets 3-5 appointments already booked by his clients to meet him in my office.
