Whether you're working on a project, exercising, or learning a new skill, this technique ensures that you're fully engaged, leading to higher-quality output. Minimum 4 hour of Deep Work scheduled for the revenue generating activity should be the first 4 hour of the working in a day.
Crafting Your Perfect Day

Start by identifying your most productive times of the day, whether you're an early bird or a night owl. Then, assign your high-priority tasks to these peak periods.
Need a creativity boost? Allocate a block of time for brainstorming and innovation. Want to avoid burnout? Don't forget to schedule short breaks and leisure activities. We can attend any task at the most 20-25 minutes.
After 20-25 minutes, take a break of 5 minute and after 4 blocks of 25 minute, take a break of 20-25 minute to get maximum output of the Deep Work.
Beating Procrastination
Procrastination is the nemesis of productivity. Time blocking acts as a shield against this productivity killer. When you've allotted a specific time for a task, there's no room for delaying it.
The sense of commitment encourages you to dive in, even when you're not feeling particularly motivated. Over time, this consistent action chips away at procrastination, leading to a heightened sense of accomplishment.
When you see the time blocking sheet, you will avoid procrastination and this will reflect at least 50% improvement in your productivity when you start implementing the Time Blocking method.

The key is consistency and adaptability as you refine your time-blocking skills over time. You can use simple Day Journaling diary and start time blocking. You can use apps like Google Calendar, Trello, Notion, etc. for creating Time Blocking Schedule. At the start you may find these apps and journaling a daunting task.
